802D: 渗透性纤维装置
Aurora Scientific 802D渗透纤维测试仪器是为方便使用而设计的,研究人员只需按下一个按钮就能自动测量不同pCa下的纤维动态。
八孔槽板是耐腐蚀的,允许研究人员测试多种溶液,而不需要清空和重新填充槽。浴槽1是最大的浴槽,便于纤维的附着,并在两侧包括直角棱镜,用于精确测量纤维的横截面。
每台仪器都包含XYZ测微台,内置Aurora Scientific高速长度控制器(315C, 322C)和力传感器(400A系列)的支架。利用基于微处理器的控制器和我们的600A软件,研究人员可以定义纤维在指定的时间点放在哪个浴槽中。
重要的是,移动浴槽板而不是移动光纤可以确保更准确地测量力,减少组织损伤的机会。位置传感器确保浴槽放置的准确性优于+/- 0.025毫米。
