809C:小鼠测量装置
809C小鼠仪器使用一个易于使用的平台进行三种不同的测试来测量肌肉特性。在其中两种配置中,仪器安装有动物和肢体板,用于测量原位收缩(使用杠杆臂)或体内肌肉动力学(使用脚板)。第三种配置涉及到增加一个25mL的水平体外浴,可以用杠杆臂在孤立的、完整的肌肉中进行收缩测量。
动物平台是温控的,可以调节,以确保在定位肢体时能清楚地接触到动物。还提供了用于特定应用和研究对象的各种肢体夹具,在检查过程中创造了更大的使用便利性。
809C与我们的300C系列肌肉杠杆兼容。所有的型号都安装在滑轨上,以方便杠杆相对于肢体的定位。电机支架还提供了一个精细的微操作台,以正确设置肌肉的静止张力。
